i am not satisfied with the state of service on my Mobile 4G Liberty 8GB 24Month Plan.
i have only had the Aircard in the house for 3 weeks maximum, connected to the computer for one week, and stopped use as it was such a nuisance to have the card dropping connection consistently, tried all the resets, restarts, reinstalls and repositionings but didn't gain much ground, maybe its a black spot or something.
anyway i would like to return my card and cancel my service, what are the terms on this?
thankyou

Bet bet would be to call 133 933 and ask them what your options are.
I know that there is a 10 day coverage guaruntee, so if you have lodged a fault within the last 10 days and not used much of it they can take it back. After that, its at the discretion of the Consultant, as you have entered into a contract.
Out of curiosity, where did you get the device from?

Did you check the coverage maps? If not, then sorry its your own silly fault for not checking if the device would work there ![]()
