Preorder info required for existing Telstra customers

Hi,

Can you advise whether specific ID info, customer reference number etc are required of existing Telstra customers wanting the preorder and recontract online?

For a re contract, I just pre ordered as normal and got the confirmation email. I just had to wait for a Telstra call to confirm my early termination charges then it was validated. My iPhone is in Adelaide now and quite possibly being delivered tomorrow, this is is how my tracking order states it and how my 4s was delivered, hope this helps

What I wanted to know was the info required to supply online to submit the preorder.
I'm an existing customer but out of contract.

Just the usual name address and your iD like drivers licence , passport number etc, pretty simple online and quick, does that answer your question, let me know
