THat's a shame about the online bonus not instore...I couldn't complete my online/pre order because our company is run by a trust, so I feel that's unfair in both respects.

It's a valid term and condition. Whilst I respect that you cannot avail yourself of it, Telstra is within its rights to restrict the offer to a specific sales channel.

Just because i can't order my plane ticket online, I get slugged a fee making it over the phone. Same Diff
