Messagebank

When people ring my home landline and the call goes to messagebank, the caller is asked to "enter your remote access code", there is some delay before the beep sounds and no message gets recorded.  What is the problem and how do I rectify it?

Hi Darien, 

It's certainly unusual that it's not allowing a message to be recorded. 

I would say we'd need to reset your MessageBank, which we need to do over the phone for you. 

If you can please call our Telephone Team on 13 22 00 we'll arrange that all for you, and get this back up and running correctly for you
