Hi. Have tried the help phone number however there's a long wait there! I have recieved my new phone and sim however I don't know how to activate it. It seems there's no information with mine on how to do this, and no PIN on the sim. It just sits there as no service when I put it in the phone. I have activated the Iphone and restored from a previous backup on Itunes. Any helpwould be much appreciated. Cheers Chris
