Why is Telstra withdrawing this service?
Over time, the product has been superseded by more user-friendly alternatives, with better features. As a result, subscriptions have declined and we’ve decided to remove this product from the market.

What options do I have as an alternative to BigPond Office?
Other office alternatives (or any other in market offers) you may want to consider are:

SkyDrive

Kingsoft Office Suite Free

SSuite Office - Excalibur Release

Softmaker FreeOffice

GoogleDrive

DropBox

What will happen to my BigPond Office files after 7 April 2014 (Midnight)?
You’ll no longer have any access to any files, documents or photos that you’ve stored on this service. Please note that Telstra has no ability to retrieve any of your files, documents or photos.

What do I need to do?
Make sure you save a copy of any documents, photos or other files stored on this service prior to Midnight on the  7 April 2014. We recommend you do this at the earliest possible opportunity.

How do I save a copy of my files or photos?
