I've recently got my ADSL2+ Plan from telstra but I have been experiencing abnormal down speeds, which ranges from 0.90mb-1mb. Also the upload speed, of course.
Any solutions to this ridiculous down/up speed?
This is a test ran at 1am GMT+10 Brisbane time.

Telstra don't normally allow and ADSL connection if the downstream attenuation is expected to be above 56db for this reason. Slow speeds, poor reliability. Yours is currently showing at almost 60db.
Can you please try and Isolation Test to see if there might be something on your end introducing interference.
