I have had this phone for a little while now, but I can't find out how to enter a space between Names in the Phonebook entries. They come up as 01, which is very annoying. In the SMS function area, you just press 0 but that doesn't seem to work in the phonebook entry section. Any ideas?

Perhaps try pushing and holding the 0 key?

I don't think the user would even need to hold the [ 0 ] key to input a space – from what I've read in the user manual, I'm inclined to conclude that a (short) press of the [ 0 ] key on the keypad translates to a space when in uppercase or lowercase (alphabetical) input mode.
