Pre Paid Offer what is better? Cap Encore or Beyond Talk?

Hi guys, trying to decide between a Cap Encore or a Beyond Talk plan for my daughters pre-paid, what is considered better and why?  She does like to chat and text, a $30 plan should be enough per month... so what is better do you think?

oh yeh, It is an older phone so data for browsing is not really needed.

For Beyond Talk, 200SMS is equal to $50 worth of SMS, and the 200Mins is equal to $178 of talk value, plus the reduced rate of 1c for Telstra Txts.

You would, therefore, get better value on a Cap Encore, which gives you $250 for $30.
