Telstra Bigpond Appointment 12-5 today

Hello,

 

I have a Telstra Bigpond connection appointment today in Boronia 12-5.

 

It is now 1450 and I still haven't seen the Tech.  Mine will be a simple connection as the house is already fully decked out cable wise (Previous owners had foxtel).

 

Is there anyway to find out if the tech is actually still coming?

Best bet is to call the Activations team on 137 663 and get them to double check if the tech is still scheduled to go to your house today.  If they can confirm this on their systems then the Tech be there between the said times.  They will not be able to give you an exact time on when he will be there though as each Tech recieves a job list at the start of each day and will

complete their tasks accordingly as the jobs are given to them.

 

So you could be the 3rd job to do or you could be the 10th.  And depending on how long the other jobs take is when they will get to your property.
