prepaid broadband account balance and 'my account'

I haven't been able to see my prepaid balance for a few days now. I get an error message. I have tried registering on 'my account' but as I am prepaid, I don't have a 10 digit account number, so I can't register - is this correct? I have tried calling the help line but that was a waste of time, hug wait.

G"day Riko,The prepaid a/c site is down. I managed to get through and they suggested i buy a voucher in the meantime and ring 1258880 and they will credit your a/c and tell you what your balance is.

Thanks for the heads up. I rang that number but was on hold forever and gave up. I just topped up prepaid a couple of days ago with $150. If I get a voucher, will it wipe out my credit balance?

I am having trouble with the vouchers, i bought a $20 dollar voucher 2 days ago, yet it is still to appear on my balance, yet I can see it in my recharge history.

 

How long until I will be able to use the $20??
