Frozen T hub.

I hope some one can help me out.
My T hub has frozen. I cannot open any icons at all or scroll the screen from side to side.
I have turned it off by holding the power button down and turning it back on 10mins later but it is still frozen.
Can any one help?

I have had exactly the same problem this week and my T-Hub is just a few weeks old.
I spoke to tecnical support about my issues and they are sending me a replacement. My hand piece still works ok but the screen is absolutely non functional.

Am really unimpressed.
We received our T-Hub at 3pm today and it was frozen and non-functional by 4pm.
Now we are waiting for a replacement which is apparently to arrive in a couple of days. HOWEVER, going by the length of time we had to wait for a replacement T-Box a couple of months ago (also promised within a couple of days) we will have a useless machine sitting on our cupboard for another 4 weeks until the new one arrives.
Of course, I expect as with the T-Box, we will be needing to contact Telstra several times asking where the heck the replacement is followed by three months of arguing over a shamozzle with our billing account.
So pissed!

I will call them tomorrow and tell them whats going on.
I've only had mine for a couple of weeks also.

Frozen RHUb that has rebooted 3 times this afternoon.
Using Internet Radio (2DayFM)
2 x Rebboted back up
1 x Rebooted to a constant loop (3/4 blue and stayed there till manual power off/on)
This is just annoying !!!!!!!
Next software update will address what issues and when ????!!!! (not just the xfer to Live ????)
