T-Hub 2 time and date when call is received

Just a small thing.

 

When my t-Hub receives incoming calls it registers them all with the same date and time and it is currently registering them all as 2nd of Jan 2012 at 6.24 am.

 

The current time and date showing on the screen is correct.

 

Have I missed a setting somewhere?

Hi Luvs_footie,

 

It sounds like the base station could be the cause of the issue you're experiencing here. You can try factory resetting the base station in attempt to fix the issue. You can Factory Reset the base station by doing the following:

 

1. Remove the power cable from the back of the Base Station.

2. Press & Hold the Page button on the Base Station (top button as seen in the picture below)

3. Plug the power cable back into the Base Station while keeping the Page button pressed. The LED should go blue.

4. Release the Page button once the blue LED turns off - takes approximately 5 seconds.

5. The LED on the Base Station will automatically turn back ON. After approximately 2 minutes both LEDs will return to solid green - this indicates the completion of the Factory Reset.

6. Step through the Installation Wizard again (go to Settings > Initial setup wizard) to set up the T-Hub Tablet and Handset and re-register them with the reset Base Station.

Hi Matt,

 

Went through the steps you outlined.

 

Then called the T-Hub from my mobile.

 

The call registered as received 1st of Jan 2012 at 12.07 am this time.  LOL

 

Anyway mate thanks for you help, it's not a big deal really as I clear my missed calls register regularly. I only posted the issue incase others may come accross the same situation.

Hi i has same problem until i set the time on the cordless handset. When i had done that and called the  home number it was then the correct time.

Fixed now.

 

connected base station to modem via ethernet and bingo the call register now records the correct date and time of calls.

Works yes but gives you the eastern standard time.
