I am on my second THub after I had to return the first one because it kept "freezing". Now the second unit is also "freezing" - I am sick to death of it. You can't access any features and if you get a phone call you can't hang up and the call keeps going unless you grab a separate handset - sooooo frustrating. Don't know if I will bother getting a third one unless these problems have been fixed!!!

I'm waiting for my third new T-Hub in as many months. It's approx 20 months since I first bought my original T-hub. Strangely enough the first one went for 6 months without a problem the last one I received lasted just 5 days before the screen froze completely. Replacing these T-Hubs all the time must be costing Telstra heaps.

Just to add to my last post.......I believe Telstra is currently trialing T-Hub mark 2 which may be released around July this year. Let's hope it will be made available to those of us who have been suffering with T-Hub mark 1.
