How can I have my listing on the whitepages and Sensis removed?

How can I have my listing on the whitepages removed?

I have joined Telstra last year and I'm sure I've chosen UNLISTED.

I called Telstra 2 months ago and not a single person in that contact centre has a clue - what actions were required from me.

Can someone please give me an answer, please?

To have your listing removed from White Pages online (obviously can't be removed if it's already printed in a book), you would need to ask for a silent line. From memory it costs $2.93/mth for this service.

I would suggest speaking to a live chat consultant and ask to have your listing removed.

I have found them to be super helpful (never had an issue dealing with live chat consultants)

As Kalak has advised, you just need to request for a Silent Number on your account. This cost is $2.93 per month.
