AFL App + Richmond App not working!

Hello,

 

my father has an iPhone7 and his AFL App and Richmond app aren’t working. 

The Richmond app doesn’t even load up, and the AFL app loads but doesn’t click through to anything.

 

We’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, restarting his phone and checking his phone for updates and nothing works! It’s been like this for almost a month now.

 

can someone please help? He loves the football and desperately wants these apps to be working on his phone!

That isn’t an error I have seen before. 

I have seen similar issues with iPhone before due to storage issues. So might be worth checking for any recorded storage faults: https://support.apple.com/en-bn/HT201656

 

I have moved the post to the AFL spot though, so that the dedicated sports specialists will be able to see it for you.

Thank you for your post, my apologies for any issues being experienced with the AFL Live App and the Richmond club app.

 

Can you please confirm what version of iOS your fathers iPhone7 is running? 

 

Does the same issue happen on both Wi-Fi and Mobile Data connections?

Hi, 

 

he has the most up to date iOS 13.3.

 

The exact same thing happens when on wifi and mobile data.

 

I have checked his storage over 15gb free storage. So not too sure what else we can do?

Thanks for your message, apologies for the issues accessing the AFL and Richmond Apps.

 

My colleague who escalated this issue is off today, I have asked for an update but may not get an answer

until early next week.

 

Are you also using an iOS device? Can you also please provide device details?

 

Can I check that the timezone in the device is set to auto, and that there are no VPN's active on the device?

If you are set to auto time, could you please try changing it to Sydney time (AEDT) and trying the apps again as a test?
