Previously worked with a Telstra Partner however I am not a Telstra Employee, just a fellow customer helping when I can.
Thank you for your post, my apologies for any issues you're experiencing with AFL Live Pass.
Have you linked your AFL Live Pass on your phone to a TelstraID?
If not, you will need to do this before you can log in to the AFL Live App on your new device.
On your phone, go to More > My Account > AFL Live Pass and you should see an option to Link Your Live Pass.
Click this and follow the prompts to link to a TelstraID.
Once you've done this, you'll be able to log in on your tablet with the TelstraID email address/password you set up.
