Sorry to see there have been issues accessing your Live Pass.
Could you please try going to settings>apps>AFL>storage and clearing the cache?
This will then require you to restore or sign into your subscription again, are there any issues doing so?
If you can access your subscription and still receive an error message, what is the error message?
Are you able to access replays, highlights or AFL.TV?
Are there any updates available for your HTC? You can generally check in settings>about or settings>system
