AFL live app won’t download

Hi there!

 

I’m running an iPhone SE with the latest version of iOS.

 

The afl live app has been crashing within 5 seconds of starting, so I opted to delete and re-download it from the App Store.

 

Unfortunately the app won’t download. 

Any hints you could offer!?

Thank you for your post, my apologies for any issues you're experiencing with the AFL Live App. 

 

Just to confirm, by the latest version of iOS do you mean 13.2.2?

 

Are you getting any error messages when you try to redownload the AFL Live App? 

Are you unable to download the app on both a Wi-Fi and 4G internet connection?

Hi again!

 

Despite having auto update on, it seems that I did not have the latest iOS after all. The update has fixed my problems.

It’s me again....

 

So my iOS is the latest update and AFL live app is crashing on both 4G and Wifi within 5 seconds of opening. There is no error message, it just freezes.

Did you try again to uninstall and reinstall the AFL Live App? 

 

I've reached out to the technical team to advise them of this and to see if they can replicate the issue.

Yes, I did reinstall the app and it’s not made any difference.

Thanks for your patience and my apologies for the delayed response. 

 

The tech team were able to replicate this issue and believe it is related to the new iOS 13 update. 

They are looking into this to resolve as soon as possible, but were able to workaround the problem by turning the device off and on again.

Can you please advise whether or not power cycling the device assists, so I can pass this on to the tech team.
