AFL live charges

Hi somehow I have been charged twice a week $4.99 each and $16.99 every month since the afl grand final last year I would like my money back . I was overseas when I subscribed to this service but I can’t understand how one service can charge you for the same service three different ways . It real angry about this and unless the money is refunded will refuse to use this service again . Seem to be a common problem judging by the chat section here .

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: AFL live charges

The normal way for it to charge twice is if you subscribed via different methods. What are the descriptions next to the charges? If they are different, then that is what has happened.
The Website, Google Play and iTunes subscriptions are all different systems.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
