I am trying to watch the Carlton V Port match today and video doesn't load. The APP screen loads up but where the match feed appears it is just black. I am using an IPAD with IOS 9.3.5 and ADSL2 connection. I previously reinstalled APP and have a current live pass. Have tried logging out of live pass & and resetting IPAD but still not working.?

Thank you for your post, my apologies for any issues you're experiencing with the AFL Live Pass.
As per the terms and conditions, the AFL Live App is supported on iOS devices running iOS 10 and above.
Unfortunately, if you are running an earlier version of iOS, while some parts of the AFL Live App may work, we cannot guarantee that all features will work as intended.
