If you would like some assistance resolving the problem, please give us some details
in order to investigate further.
If you have purchased an AFL Live Pass through the App Store or Play Store, you will need
to 'restore' your purchase within the AFL App to access your Live Pass.

If you could please specify exactly what the issue is, as well as what device you are using to access
