I must of accidently subscribed to the afl app live pass back in April, I noticed the $4.99 charged to my credit card and un-subscribed immediately. I only just realised I've still been charged $4.99 to my credit card by telstra applications Melbourne every single week since I un-subscribed back in April! This is completely unacceptable as I'm out of pocket about $125 for something I didn't realise I'd purchased, let alone used! Can I please get something resolved as I am extremely agitated by this I have again logged onto the afl app and cancelled my subscription again but I'm concerned it is not cancelled. I am demanding my money be paid back in full as I have not used of benefited from having this live pass, of which I didn't realised I was still subscribed too!

If viewing on a desktop/laptop: In the top right hand corner of CrowdSupport, you should see a profile icon, with a drop down - Select Messages. This is your inbox & will contain any private messages you receive via CrowdSupport.
If viewing on a mobile device:
Tap the messages icon at the bottom of the screen & select the login option to sign into your account. This will take you back to the original page, where you can select message to access your inbox. This will contain any messages you receive via CrowdSupport.
