Cancelled my subscription

I cancelled my subscription in 2018, but i just discovered that weekly payments continue to come from my account. I have only ever accessed this account through my personal phone.

What is the description next to the charge on your statement? That will determine what needs to be done to rectify the problem.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Apologies for any concerns with an AFL Live Pass.

 

First step is to ensure the subscription is cancelled to prevent further charges.

Our FAQ page has instructions on how to cancel subscriptions, otherwise please

provide the description of the charge for us to investigate further.

 

When subscriptions are cancelled, an auto confirm email is supplied. Do you have the

auto-confirm email from 2018?
