Could you please provide me with some information for me to be able to assist?
What is the error message?
When did the issue start? Has it worked previously?
What device are you using to access the AFL App?
What version of software is it running?
Are you a Telstra Mobile customer?
If so, have you redeemed your Live Pass subscription?

@F2 could you please go to settings>apps>AFL>storage and clear all cache and storage.
Then uninstall and reinstall the AFL Live App
When you open again for the first time, ensure you are connected to 4G,
as this will allow the AFL App to identify you as a Telstra customer without the need to log in etc.
