Error

I start watching the game then a bloody error appear and I stop the coverage. I am get really piss about it. I want this problem fix now. Or I will leave telstra.

Could you please provide me with some information for me to be able to assist?

 

What is the error message?

When did the issue start? Has it worked previously?

What device are you using to access the AFL App?

What version of software is it running?

Are you a Telstra Mobile customer?

If so, have you redeemed your Live Pass subscription?

This error has being going on since the first round of this season on the AFL app.

It just happening after 20 sec of the coverage start now. I getting really pissed off now. It bad enough they dont have a game on the tv until tonight.

Yep same thing.....keeps stopping after 20 secs.....getting extremely annoying!!

I am sorry that you're experiencing an issue, however I cannot assist If you do not provide me any details.

 Could you please answer the questions I asked in my previous message?

 

@F2 could you please go to settings>apps>AFL>storage and clear all cache and storage.

Then uninstall and reinstall the AFL Live App

When you open again for the first time, ensure you are connected to 4G,

as this will allow the AFL App to identify you as a Telstra customer without the need to log in etc.
