All subscriptions are managed by the store in which they were purchased,
if you would like to request a refund let me know if you purchased the Live Pass
in Apple's App Store or Google's Play Store and I'll provide the relevant link.

When an AFL Live Pass is purchased, you are purchasing the subscription from Apple.
In the terms and conditions accepted in order to access a live pass the following was agreed to:
When you purchase either a Weekly, Monthly or Annual subscription, your purchase is via the Apple App Store not with Telstra. If you have a billing issue to resolve, you should contact the Apple App Store.
We have no access to their systems to assist in a refund request. If you would like to escalate with Apple, I suggest
contact them directly on 133 622.
