I am getting charged $14.99 monthly for a subscription. How can I cancel that subscription?

Seems to be an AFL app that originally I would have signed up for for free, now am being charged. Have made countless trips to both Telstra shop and the bank to find out more information. Please assist to get this cancelled so I am not getting uselessly charged for something I am not using. Thank you

What is the description next to the charge on your statement?

That determines what needs to be done to cancel it.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Apologies for the issues cancelling your Live Pass.

 

When a Live Pass is first activated, you agree in the terms of use that the subscription

is ongoing until cancelled, and nominate your billing preference (weekly, monthly, yearly)

 

The AFL website has an FAQ section that explains in detail how to check 

a Live Pass subscription, and ensure it's cancelled.

 

If you require further assistance, can you please let us know how the charge 

appears on your credit card statement?

 

Telstra Applications Melbourne = Subscribed via Website
GOOGLE *Telstra CorpGOOGLE.COM = In App subscription via Google Play
APPLE ITUNES STORE SYDNEY = In App Subscription via App Store

 

This will indicate who the subscription is with, once identified we can investigate further.
