Important Changes to AFL Live Pass Website Subscriptions

From 5th December 2019, we will no longer be supporting AFL Live Pass subscriptions purchased via the website, afl.com.au/livepass.  

 

If you have purchased a Weekly or Monthly AFL Live Pass subscription via afl.com.au/livepass, your weekly or monthly subscription will be cancelled and will no longer work from 5th December 2019 .

 

If you have purchased an Annual AFL Live Pass subscription via afl.com.au/livepass, your annual subscription service will be cancelled from 5th December 2019. However, we will automatically extend your subscription until the 31st December 2020 without additional charge, allowing you to log onto the AFL Live Official app and website to access premium content.

 

If you would like to continue using AFL Live Pass, you can still subscribe via the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store within the AFL Live Official App for $4.99 per week, $16.99 per month or $99.99 for an annual pass.

In past seasons, I was unable to access game replays via the website when signing up through the app store. Will that be the case in 2020?

Thank you for your post. 

 

Since the beginning of the 2019 AFL season, users who subscribed via Google Play or iTunes have been able to link their subscription to a TelstraID to access full match replays on the AFL Website. 

You can do this in-app via More > My Account > AFL Live Pass > Link Your Live Pass.

With my annual live pass $99.99 per year, can I still watch replays of matches from earlier seasons; say 2013 on my laptop? The so-called "Premium Content" only appears to be for the current year so I guess I am making an error.

Due to the new website upgrade, the full catalouge of match replays is not currently available via the AFL Website.

All replays are still available via the AFL Live App on compatible mobile or tablet devices.

So what I just signed up on ya 60 plan and your telling me AFL not free no more ? If so I rather stop with telstra . Only reason I changed over

Plus it  says in my contract I get afl live . Free So if not u have broken the contract :-(

This post relates to non-Telstra customers who have a paid subscription.

 

If you are an eligible Telstra Mobile customer, the AFL Live Pass will continue to be redeemable free of charge.

Really so telstra customers dont pay via the mth? Or year for watching live games. Omg I've ben told by telstra yday that it has stopped and we have to pay. And I stopped my plan over :-( lucky I'm stil pre paid with u guys . But I still dont get it. I was messaged yday saying it has stopped . I hope not thx sorry just very confused telstra live chat telling me different

No, eligible Telstra Mobile customers do not pay monthly or annually for an AFL Live Pass. 

All support for the AFL Live Pass is done here on CrowdSupport. 

Unfortunately, Live Chat have provided the incorrect information as they are not trained to assist with AFL Live Pass enquries. 

 

If you are a pre-paid Telstra Mobile customer, you can still redeem the AFL Live Pass free of charge whilst connected to the Telstra Mobile network. 

Pre-paid customers can keep watching until 31 Jan 2021 or 60 days from your last $30+ recharge, whichever is earlier. 

You must continue to recharge at least $30 on a Telstra Pre-Paid offer in order to continue accessing the Season Pass until 31 Jan 2021.
