The part where I am asked to enter my Telstra ID, it states that my id was invalid,  I had to reset the password a third time and tried the process as per your instructions again before i got it working but it seems to be working now, although its too late to actually watch the game I wanted to see, least I should be okay for this week.  Thanks aaron_h.

hi i still havent sorted this issue, how do i delete my account and recreate it. its beyond frustrating right now

@Jetsonica - you did not respond to us again after the 28th of March when you said you were having no problems accessing your live pass.

I am a telstra customer and despite everything being linked in the AFL app, the subscription does not show when I log in to the AFL website. I get a message asking me to buy a subscription. The app shows that I am properly logged in and the video on the app works fine. Just the log in on the website does not work for me (and I can't access AFLStatspro videos, etc).

I have sent Kjorg a PM with some more details/screenshots.

Would be grateful for prompt assistance.

Thank you for your post, my apologies for any issues you're experiencing. 

 

Can you please let us know what device you're using to access the AFL Live App? (mobile/tablet, make/model etc)

What version of iOS or Android is the device running? 

 

Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the AFL Live App to see if this assists?

I’m using iPhone XS
I have deleted app and reinstalled
I have tried restoring live app pass.
But It says I’ve already subscribed

if you continue to have issues, can you please describe the issue?

 

Can you let us know what device you are using to access your Live Pass,

and what version of iOS/Android is installed?
