Refund

Hello, I've just spent an hour and a half on the online chat trying to cancel my subscription.
I set up a subscription on the day of the afl grand final as we were hoping we could watch a replay as we missed it live. We were unable to do so. I have not used the service since - i maybe read one article. When I set it up i beleive it declined my card so I tried again with another card - now it turns out ive been paying double- $4.99 a week on two different cards! I haven't canceled it earlier as i find the website impossible to navigate and it actually stresses me out so I've put it off. I have paid $130 total and would like to request a full or partial refund, considering these facts. I also find it embarrassing for myself and your company that i need to post this in a public forum to be resolved as the online chat consultant could not help me any further.

What is description next to the charges on your card as this affects how you need to cancel.

Getting a refund could be difficult as the terms and conditions specify that refunds aren't available.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
