Please refund my subscription. I have requested it before but no action by Telstra. I have not been able to use the app since the start of the season because of CFSAPI001 error.

As you subscribed through Google Play, you need to put that request through Google. Telstra don't have access to their billing systems.

We have advised you previously that we do not have access to Google Play systems and you will need to contact them directly to request any refunds.
We also provided you with a workaround to fix the CFSAPI001 error via private message over a month ago.
If you're having any further issues, please respond to the last private message which was sent to you on July 16th.
