Streaming issues

I’m trying to log in on my iPad to watch an AFL game and am going around in circles. I log in, it goes to the game, nothing happens, I tap the screen, and then it asks me to log in. Any idea what is going on? It is incredibly frustrating

I apologise for the issues accessing your AFL Live Pass on your iPad

 

I think the issue is to do with your Live Pass subscription not being linked to a Telstra ID.

 

Please open your iPhone (or mobile device) and click on the live pass icon in top right corner

Go to AFL Live Pass, Link live pass. 

This will then trigger you to sign into or create a Telstra ID.

You sign in on additional devices (eg. iPad) using the Telstra ID

 

We have done this so subscribers can access their Live Pass on any supported device.
