Video error

I am unable to play and videos on afl app. Just stopped working all of a sudden. Everytime I try I get an error and a it directs me to here. Need this fixed now Telstra.

Thank you for your post, my apologies for any issues you're experiencing with the AFL Live App. 

 

Are you getting any error messages when you try to access videos?

Is this for all videos including full match replays and highlights? Or does it only impact live streaming? 

 

Do you have the same issue on both Wi-Fi and 4G connections? 

 

How did you subscribe? (Google Play/iTunes, AFL Website or Telstra Mobile customer) 

 

What device are you using to access the AFL Live App? (mobile/tablet, make/model etc)

What version of iOS or Android is your device running? 

 

Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the AFL Live App to see if this assists?

Hi,

 

its happen on iphone one and iPad. Videos don’t work when I’m on my wifi (Telstra nbn), but they do work on 4g. It’s the same for all videos, game day, live pass videos and the publically available videos, highlights etc. a box pops is that says ‘video error. Sorry there is an error playing this video. Please use our Telstra 24x7 help site for assistance.”

 

Signed onto live live pass as a Telstra customers.

both devices have latest IOS software and have tried deleting and reinstalling the app.

Using an iPad Pro and iPhone 7.

If viewing on a desktop/laptop:
In the top right hand corner of CrowdSupport, you should see a profile icon, with a drop down - Select Messages. This is your inbox & will contain any private messages you receive via CrowdSupport.

If viewing on a mobile device:
Tap the messages icon at the bottom of the screen & select the login option to sign into your account. This will take you back to the original page, where you can select message to access your inbox. This will contain any messages you receive via CrowdSupport.
