Why is "telstra applications, Melbourne" charging $16.99 each month since June 2018?
I had to google what this service would be for to get to here. My account wasn't active which i have just finally "completed" registration and managed to get to a stage where i could ask this question. So with no completed active account and no use of whatever this service exactly is, why is this charge continuing as it has been impossible to get to a spot to cancel it without first activating my account?
A charge for $16.99 monthly indicates a subscription to AFL Live Pass which was signed up via the AFL Website.

If viewing on a desktop/laptop:
In the top right hand corner of CrowdSupport, you should see a profile icon, with a drop down - Select Messages. This is your inbox & will contain any private messages you receive via CrowdSupport.
If viewing on a mobile device:
Tap the messages icon at the bottom of the screen & select the login option to sign into your account. This will take you back to the original page, where you can select message to access your inbox. This will contain any messages you receive via CrowdSupport.
