I have been going through my credit card bills for tax purposes and noticed a Telstra Applications Melbourne charge each month for $14.99. I have since found out this started in March 2017 and has been going on for the following 28 months. I was living in the United States of America from December 2016 to December 2017 and did not have a Telstra phone or account during this time.
Upon my return to Australia I was given a mobile by my employer which was through Telstra in January 2018. I noticed that the AFL Live subscription was free for Telstra customers. I called Telstra, checked this and was assisted in having this work with my phone. There was no mention of cost and I never gave my credit card details which are not linked to this mobile account. It is paid for by my employer.
I would like to have the past 28 months x 14.99 (419.72) credited to my credit card. I would also like to access the AFL Live App via my Telstra account as is included.
Thank you for your post, my apologies for any issues you're experiencing with AFL Live Pass.
