Expression of Interest FAQ

What does EOI mean?
An EOI is an Expression of Interest. This means we’ll register your details and keep you updated with all the latest information. You don’t have to be an existing Telstra customer to submit an EOI.

 

How will I know when to pre-order?
We’ll send you an email to let you know when and how you can pre-order your new device.

 

Will you definitely contact me when pre-order becomes available?
We know you’re excited to order your new device, so we'll contact you as soon as information comes to hand. Make sure you register your interest here.

 

Am I guaranteed a device if I express my interest?
An Expression of Interest will keep you updated as information comes in. However, an Expression of Interest is not an official order and does not guarantee you a device, so make sure you place your order as soon as pre-order opens.

 

How long before pre-order becomes available will I be notified?

We aim to give you as much notice as possible.

 

What if I change my mind?
You can change your mind if you express your interest. Expressing your interest means you want to be kept up-to-date with the latest information, that’s all. If you’d like to opt-out of these notifications, you can do so here.

 

I didn’t get notified about pre-order and now I’ve missed out. What can I do?
You can order online now by visiting here.

 

How does it work if I want to pre-order with New Phone Feeling?

If you’re eligible to redeem your New Phone Feeling offer, you can redeem via our online shop when you place your pre-order (excluding Telstra Business Customers - see below). When you reach your eligible date to redeem (i.e. past your 12 month mark on your contract), you can place your order online and elect to redeem your New Phone Feeling.

 

We’ll then send you your new phone and a pre-paid return satchel for your old phone. But don’t worry, you’ll receive instructions with your order on what to do and next steps.

 

Not sure if you’re eligible to redeem? You can check online now via MyAccount or the Telstra 24x7 app on your phone.
