There are a number of instances where you may want or need to have part of Telstra's infrastructure moved. A few common examples may be;
- you are renovating your home and need the cabling taken off the house in the interim
- the existing house is being knocked down and the cabling needs to be removed - a new driveway is being installed at a different entry point to the property and a Telstra pit is in the way
In all these cases you can give our Telstra Non Standard Works Team a call on 1800 810 443 (available Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm AEST/AEDT) to discuss your requirements. They will help you to understand when work can/cannot be undertaken and organise a contractor to come out.
