You can either change the Wifi password on the modem, or depending on the model of the modem, block the MAC address of the device.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

You disable Mobile Data ( and WiFi if you wish)

Thanks...but I meant another phone in my home. I can't access there phone to disable. Anyway I can disable them from my end?
