Thanks, this fixed the mms send/receive problem with a Telstra-branded Galaxy S3 GT-I9305T, updated to v4.1.2.
Good thing too, as there's a six-day delay booking a tech specialist at the Hobart Telstra shop.
That's good, took me a good week to finally get it sorted on my own phone, Mines still stuck on 4.1.1 though (possibly due to rooting as the only way to backup my game save data).
Glad to be of help
Awesome this was my only issue since updating to 4.4.2 I'm so used to the network settings updating automatically I was a little suprised when I jumped into APN settings to find nothing!
I'd tried updating modems and everything so you're a life saver!
Old thread but the settings worked for me on my S4 mini, just deleted MMS APN & modified internet APN to the settings supplied in the thread & it all work good.
Had spent the last 2 days talking to telstra as well as visiting local T shop with no success
I have OnePlus One, MMS has been working well previously, died recently (not sure why)
I have tried all the available options:
- Settings above
- The configure.telstra.com
- deleted all APN started again
Still having issues, altough, I managed to send one now, (with settings above) but downloading only get Downloading which never finishes
Any other suggestions?
Strange issue you have there.
Do you have another handset you can test your SIM in? I also suggest giving us a call on 13 22 00 so we can check your account.

This worked for me on a Sony Z5 Compact.
The advice at the Telstra support page didn't.
After you get sent a picture, or send to the Telstra 176667 no you get a notification that there's mms messages available. Hit that and then they're downloaded.
