I am currently overseas and trying to access my business emails and websites on my Australian servers and they are completely inaccessible. I tried a traceroute and this gets blocked on one of the Telstra servers (equ3005137.lnk.telstra.net (184.108.40.206)). How do I get this problem fixed? I am trying to get 24x7 chat to work but that's another problem (no chat window launches).
I can get around the routing problem by using a VPN but that brings with it she other problems.
