I have moved from Canberra to Perth and the time on my phone updated automatically. However the time of my voicemails is still recorded as if I am in Canberra. I tried Telstra online chat, then a Telstra store and then calling Telstra support and whilst they made changes to the State and City recorded for my mobile number, the time is still incorrect. Any suggestions on what I should do now?
