Want to check how long you have left on your mobile contract? You can now do this online.

 

To check your mobile phone contract details:

 

  • Simply log into your My Account. Select the eligible service you’d like to query to check the details of that plan. Then select ‘view contract details’ next to your contract end date. If you are nearing the end of your contract or out of contract already, from time to time we may have some great offers for you to choose from.

When I go on to My Account and select my mobile, I am unable to see contract end date. Has this function been removed?

 

I also tried a webform: https://www.my.telstra.com.au/myaccount/contract-details

However, when I press submit, it says my details are wrong. It's only my full name, date of birth and mobile number. I can't see how it would be correct.

It is exactly as it appears on the bill.

Hi Caz.

This is still a function of My Account. 

Once Logged in, select the service for which you want to view the contract details. 

Once selected, you will see a hyperlink call "View Contract Details"

Click on this and you will be able to see all contract details.

Hi,

 

I have a problem in checking my Contract status online. On website it is mentioned that contract details will be visible in App and My Account but i tried both, contacted customer care but no luck. I believe that this function is removed and website to be updated or there is some access problem. 

 

Everytime i need to call customer care to know my contract end date, early termination fees, etc. which is actually annoying.

 

Any help in this regard would be appreciated.

It depends on which service you are chasing the contract details for, Generally Mobile services are available in the App or My Account, and also some Broadband services.
