Our new 24 month lease plans give you the flexibility to upgrade your phone after just 12 months when you sign up to a new 24 month handset and service plan. And provided your phone is in good working order, for a limited time, you’ll pay $0 (normally $99). Offer ends 25 December 2016.

If you love having the latest phone then leasing is the way to go. What’s more, depending on the handset and plan combinations, you could pay up to $10 less per month compared to some Go Mobile Plus handset and plan combinations.

What if the phone gets damaged?
We know that accidents happen. So if you’re on a lease plan and damage your phone, you can still upgrade after 12 months. If your phone has a cracked screen, you can upgrade for $229. If your phone can’t be fixed, you can upgrade for up to $499.

What does good working order mean?
A phone in good working order functions normally, has all genuine parts, no physical or liquid damage and its security features have been disabled.

What is Assure?
For extra assurance, add Assure for just $10 per month. Assure gives you the ability to upgrade your damaged phone at any time and in any condition for a flat fee of $190 when you sign up to a new 24 month handset and service plan.

What happens to my old phone?
Unless they’re beyond repair, all devices returned to us for an upgrade are refurbished and reused. So when you lease a phone from us, you’ll be doing your bit for the environment by reducing your e-waste. Be sure to remove the SIM and any personal or confidential data from the device before returning it.

I picked up an S8 on a $95 Swap Plan in May 2017.  I need to upgrade the plan to get more data - like the $135 plan.  How do I do that?  It seems that some recent changes to plans have dissolved the old plans leaving me no way to upgrade without paying a substantial fee after just 3 months?

Hi clerj,

Your plan 'silo' still exists, and you can move up within the silo without penalty at any time, and back to where you began, but not lower. Have a chat with us here: http://tel.st/hsc3, and you specifically want to ask for a "right plan" or "flexi change."

That the plans have revamped just means that new customers or customers due to upgrade cannot take the old plans any more. The terms and conditions of in contract services remain the same.

Hope this helps.

Received my iPhone X over a week ago.

When do I receive a pre-paid satchel to return my old phone?

Hi Caluko,

The satchels can take anything up to 14 days to be received. If you are concerned at all, please call 132200 between 8am and 6pm and say New Phone Feeling after the prompt.

Kind Regards

Hi Guys,

I signed up to this plan last year before the $0 upgrade fee ended. I am now due for an upgrade but I am being charged $99 for this. I have spoken to several agents and they have confirmed that this fee is required to upgrade. Did I misunderstand this part -
