I have cancelled my active non-Telstra Apple Music subscription and added the Telstra 6 month trial I did not receive a confirmation text from Telstra but the 24x7 app says my Apple Music memebership is active. I have an iPad 2018. How does my music app know that I have a subscription through Telstra?
When I contacted Telstra regarding the above, I was put through to Apple after considerable wait. Apple obviously put me on a long hold and then asked me to contact Telstra. What should I do to get my Apple Music subscription?
