I have recently upgraded to a new plan which includes Apple Music, however I am unable to redeem this. My Telstra app says it’s not part of my plan yet my contract clearly says it’s included. I can see the add on in my account online but can not redeem it. Chat support has been not helpful saying I do not have it in my plan when my contract clearly says I do.
I am sorry to hear of this trouble activating your Apple Music offer. I will use it to contact complaints and have a case manager assigned to follow this up with you ASAP.
