I upgraded my phone/plan today and have since lost my Apple Music subscription. When I go into the ‘manage add on’ link it says it’s not available and to be eligible I need to be a Telstra personal customer on a post paid plan which is what I thought I was. I was asked in store while doing the paperwork if I had Apple Music and I said yes. When I asked via the 24:7 message in the app, I was told that Telstra no longer have anything to do with Apple Music - which is not what the app or the website says so I am confused 😕 can anyone help?
