Phone bill

I paid a $7500 phone bill even though there were many reasons there were mistakes made and i was never notified my bill was so high except once when it was up to $1500

That's a pretty impressive phone bill for this day and age. I would be surprised if the system had any trigger points in it for notifications above $1500 (which is 7.5 times the maximum plan cost).

Have you spoken to billing about the charges?
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
