I just signed up for a plan and when my phone showed up, they gave me a new number when i wanted to keep my existing number.
So I online chatted and they said they could do it in store only. In store tried to charge me $10 extra a month and said I had to do it online. Online then said I had to ring a number.
On the phone then said they can't today after 40 minutes on hold.
I even said to just cancel this before I even start and they said it was too late and may incurr fees. What has happened to customer service anymore
