No Service

Hi - been in Guatemala for 2 days and up until y’day no phone problem. Last 24 hours ‘no service’. Turned on and off about 10 times, reset network and took out SIM. Help want to call my kids in Oz.

@RuthL try https://livechat.telstra.com and chat to a consultant there. Safari normally doesn't work particularly well with it, so you may need to install Google Chrome.

After you load the site, click on settings (the 3 dots at the top or bottom of the browser screen) and tell it to "Request Desktop Site". Chat should then work.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
