I am in the same boat. I ordered my fiancé and myself a new phone and I got confirmation emails then another email saying that was disruption to delivery process and awaiting email with details about delivery tracking info. Does anybody have any more information in regards to what is happening exactly?
Yep same here, ordered new phone and plan early last week, received email on Wednesday last week saying there was a problem with dispatch and that was the last I heard from them.

Feb 10th HW Dispatched (Ready for Pickup on Star Track Portal)
Feb 11th Order "Completed" and the new Plan kicked in (On My Telstra Portal)
Feb 13th HW is not received, no tracking update, following up with Star Track, they mentioned that Telstra Warehouse is not giving the HW yet
